We're Baaaackkk.  Now that wedding season is officially A GO!  It's time to organize and plan one of the most magical days of your life.

Having a physical time line in front of you is such a helpful resource for a seamlessly flawless day.  Here are some tips for arranging your festivities:

• Contact all of your vendors for accurate "be ready" times and when you can expect them to arrive to provide services.
• Discuss with your bridal party when they should be ready and if receiving beauty services, have times allotted for each person's services (ie..hair and makeup)
• Print out these reference pages and keep in a vendor binder for easy access at a glance.
• Assign tasks to your family and/or bridal party - such as payment to specific vendors and contacting those who may be running late.

By assigning tasks and having reference pages at your fingertips it will allow for an easy, fun and smooth event!
